Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Room & Cottage Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in
• Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are subject to a one-night charge
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night

2. Event & Wedding Bookings

Event bookings (weddings, corporate events, conference hall) require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Cancellation terms beyond the deposit vary by package and will be outlined in your event contract.

3. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original check-in date.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements will be offered in place of standard cancellation charges.
